Payment is accepted through the Paypal service. You do not need a Paypal account to use the Paypal checkout, just a credit or debit card. If you are paying for 10 or more items at once for non-commercial purposes, you can also request a personalized Paypal invoice that I will send to your email.

Customers who do not wish to use Paypal are welcome to instead shop at my Etsy Shop or my Amazon Store.

I do not accept Personal Checks or Money Orders at this time. Thank you for your understanding.


Shipping Policy

I will ship only to the address that you supply upon checkout. We can correct a small typo (such as transposing two numbers in a street address), but the order will need to be cancelled and then repurchased if you need an entirely different address. This policy protects us both through Paypal’s protection services.

Made-to-Order and custom items generally take 1-5 business days for processing unless otherwise specified. This does NOT include transit time, just the time it takes for me to lovingly handcraft your items.

USA (Domestic)

Items shipped to domestic addresses are shipped USPS First Class Parcel unless otherwise specified or the customer purchases a Priority shipping upgrade. If you would like a different shipping method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express/Overnight), please contact me before ordering so I can make you a custom listing with the proper shipping information.

During the holiday season, actual transit times for packages may increase although the processing time for orders does not. Please keep this in mind and allow extra time for packages to reach their destination in December and around Valentine’s and Mother’s Day.


International packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service whenever possible, unless the customer purchases a Priority shipping upgrade. International shipping may also take a extra 2-4 weeks depending on the country and customs department, so if you are ordering for a holiday or gift please take the extra processing time into account.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, domestic taxes, or other fees incurred. The shipping cost you pay at checkout is for the shipping label itself and packaging materials.


Cancellations, Replacements and Returns


I will accept cancellations for a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. I am happy to answer questions, provide samples or discuss options before you order but once the item is in production I cannot cancel the order.


If you have received the wrong item, please contact me as soon so I can reship the corrected order. The incorrect item does not need to be returned.

I will replace items that have a defect I did not notice before shipping if you send me pictures of the damaged product within three (3) days after the package is marked as delivered. ** Slight stamp misalignment, minor tool artifacts, or slight discrepancies in coloring are NOT defects, but merely part of the process of handmade items. Items marked AS-IS in the description are exempt from replacements ** You do not need to ship the defective order back

I will replace items that were damaged in transit if you send me pictures of the damaged product AND the damaged packaging within three (3) days after the package is marked as delivered. You do not need to ship the damaged order back.

Refunds will only be issued at my discretion and only if a replacement item is not feasible.


I do not accept returns on CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED items. If the item is damaged or defective, please see the replacement policy above.

I accept returns on standard MADE-TO-ORDER or READY-TO-SHIP items (those without personalized text), but the customer pays for return shipping You have three (3) business days to notify me that you intend to return the item (EU based customers have 14 days).

I do not allow exchanges.


Shipping Issues


** USA (Domestic) **

I get USPS tracking on all shipments.

If the USPS has not marked the package as delivered, I will follow up with the postal service and wait five (5) business days to allow them time to locate the package. I highly suggest the customer contact their local post office and ask them to GPS track the package as well. If the USPS cannot locate the package or determines that the package has been destroyed, I will create a replacement item for you.

If the USPS marked the package as delivered, you must contact your local post office to locate the package via GPS. I am not responsible for mail theft, USPS error or Mail Carrier misconduct and you must discuss the issue with your local post office or police department as appropriate. I am happy to provide information to the USPS or police if you need my assistance filling out the appropriate paperwork. Once I have sufficient proof that the appropriate paperwork has been filed, we can discuss a replacement shipment.


Tracking is not universally available across all international borders.

You are responsible for contacting your local customs or mail service if a package is not delivered in a timely manner. I will replace or refund a package if you provide proof that your package was destroyed or declared lost by your local postal service.


Shipping labels use exactly what is entered by the customer, so please double-check your address and other information before completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
